About Me

Hi, I’m Catherine, founder of Alchemy Fitness.

For years, I worked in a fast-paced corporate environment, giving a great deal of focus to my career while navigating the demands of work, family, and life. Fitness has always been part of my journey; I began strength training in my early 20s, but for a long time, my workouts were largely driven by aesthetics. After turning 40, following the birth of my second child, my priorities shifted. My energy declined, motivation felt harder to access, and even the gym began to feel more like an obligation than a source of renewal.

Part of that came from the season of life I was in, and part of it was that I wasn’t following a program that challenged or inspired me. I decided to try something different: an intentional strength program paired with nourishing habits, like prioritizing whole foods and protein. After eight weeks, my workouts felt purposeful again, and I found myself genuinely excited to move and see progress.

In 2025, a corporate transition gave me the opportunity to step back and pursue a long-standing interest in health and wellness - focusing on helping women build a more intentional and sustainable relationship with fitness and movement.

That’s what inspired Alchemy Fitness. My mission is to guide women through meaningful, sustainable change, cultivating strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to the healthiest version of themselves.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and I bring both professional training and lived experience into every program that I create.
