About Me

Hi, I’m Catherine, founder of Alchemy Fitness.

For most of my early adult life, fitness was about aesthetics - staying “skinny and small.” That perspective shifted after the birth of my second child and stepping into an intensely demanding corporate role. I burned out. I had no energy, no motivation, and workouts felt like another obligation. The harder I tried to force it, the worse I felt.

Instead of quitting, I committed to structure. I followed a progressive strength program and prioritized protein, whole foods, sleep, and daily habits that supported recovery. Through consistency, I rebuilt my foundation. I became stronger in my 40s than I ever was in my 20s, even after birthing both of my children.

The transformation wasn’t just physical. I felt stronger mentally and emotionally. I showed up differently...at work, for my husband and children, and for myself. That’s when longevity truly clicked. Fitness was no longer about being small; it was about building strength, resilience, and sustainability across every area of my life.

That realization sparked my interest to learn more, which led me to pursue my certifications and ultimately create Alchemy Fitness - a coaching practice rooted in individual design and the understanding that training, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle are all connected.

I coach women 40+ because I’ve lived the shift - from aesthetics to capability, from checking boxes to building strength. My mission is to help women reclaim their energy, learn how to sustainably support their bodies, and feel strong and capable for life.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and OPEX CCP Coach. I bring both professional training and lived experience to every program I design.
