  • No. Your program can be designed for home, the gym, or a mix of both. I’ll tailor workouts based on the equipment you have available and your schedule, so training fits into your life, not the other way around.

  • Nutrition coaching is individualized, practical, and focused on consistency. I don’t provide meal plans or extreme rules. Instead, we work on habits like protein intake, meal timing, and making choices that fuel your body and support your goals.

  • Whether in-person or remote, I provide ongoing support through regular check-ins, in-app messaging, and clear guidance on what to focus on each week. I’m here to help you stay consistent, adjust as needed, and keep moving forward.
