Whether training in person or remotely, your program is built around intentional movement, recovery, nutrition, and sustainable habits - so you can feel strong in your body and empowered in your life.

Coaching is offered on a simple monthly basis with no long-term commitment, giving you the flexibility to continue as long as it feels supportive and valuable.

All programs are personally designed and coached by Catherine Culhane, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
